Fantasy football gives you the chance to step into the shoes of a football manager and take control of your very own team. You pick the players, balance the imaginary budget and make transfers in the quest for glory and some fantastic prizes.
Unlike a simulated football management game the players you select will score points based on what they do in real-life Premier League matches. The combined score of all of your chosen players goes to make your 'team score', with the team that gains the most points over the course of the season topping the overall standings.
Players score points for goals, assists and clean sheets, but if a player isn't producing the goods on the pitch you can easily replace him by using one of your allocated transfers. You can also pick a captain who wills score double points, but you can only change your captain before the first game of a Game Week (Tuesday to Monday).
As well as competing in the overall, and monthly, competitions you can also battle it out with your friends and colleagues in your very own Private League. This is where the real drama takes place as you compete against your mates for bragging rights in a league of your own.
