Scoring Points

Your team will score points based on the real-life performance of your players in Barclays Premier League matches during the 2012/13 season.

All Players

• Starting XI  +2 points
• Substitute appearance  +1 point
• Goal scored  +5 points
• Goal assist  +3 points (assists are awarded to players that win penalties as long as they have touched the ball before being fouled)
• Man of the match  +5 points (as nominated by Skysports.com)
• Yellow card  -1 point
• Red card  -3 points (includes -1 for yellow card)
• Missed penalty   -3

Goalkeepers & Defenders Only

• Clean sheet  +5 points
• Goal against  -1 point

Goalkeepers Only

• Save or missed penalty  +3 points

Bonus Points

• 60+ completed passes made  +2 Bonus points
• 4+ successful tackles made  +2 Bonus points

Nominated Captain

• Double points – positive or negative
